Paulie's Deli opened its doors August 2020, and has proudly served the Katonah community with fresh, made-to-order deli favorites. We’re open 7 days a week, offering a full Boar’s Head deli, an amazing walk-in beer cave stocked with craft and classic favorites, and a relaxing patio where you can enjoy it all year-round. In 2025, Paulie’s welcomed new ownership, bringing fresh ideas while keeping the heart and soul of the deli the same.
